A remarkable wine. Concentrated with a nice fruity punch. The wine was made partly using a reductive approach similar to Le Pape, plunging barrels in CDP wine.
Dark purple, powerful dark fruit aromas. On the palate, dry, concentrated mix of blackberry, cassia, blueberry, cherry, some oak, pepper, licorice, nutmeg, dried herbs, bay leaf, thyme, some mushrooms too.
There is lot going on, and at a fantastic price for such quality.
